This is a common misconception. The most elite athlete can come to Boot Camp and be challenged by the workout. We offer scaling options for each individual so that you can thrive in each workout on a personal level.
Bring water, towel and your "oomf"! Wear sneakers and comfortable clothing.
A little cloudy? Yes, we will meet. Torrential downpours with lightening? Probably not. When in doubt, call your instructor. We will schedule make-up sessions if needed.
No workout session is repeated during a session. You will enjoy the combination of personal attention and challenging exercises including jumping jacks, lunges, push ups, as well as weight training, running, jumping and getting a little dirty. A picture is worth a thousand words...
We won't use the word "can't" at Bridgewater Boot camp, but if you are "uncomfortable" with an exercise or have an injury or other physical limitation, we will give you a modified alternative customized for your level. No one gets left out!
Boot camp sessions are held in parks in and around the Bridgewater, NJ area. Depending on class size, the outdoor locations will vary. During the winter, sessions are held indoors at Eclipse Gym in Green Brook, NJ.
