Each Bridgewater Boot Camp session is packed with a series of fun, ever-changing exercises created specifically for weight loss, muscle toning, strength and cardio fitness. Our coaches take you through an energizing mix of cardio, weight training, jumping rope, crunches, running/walking, agility and power drills.
